Purchasing & Shipping
I want to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible for you so you know what to expect and can enjoy your new art soon. If you have any further questions please contact me at email@example.com.
Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
How do I pay?
Payments are taken through wooCommerce and include Credit card/ debit card, Bancontact, EPS, PayPal, ApplePay and giropay.
Depending where the art work is located – if in Spain in my studio or in Germany in my studio space the shipping can vary in time. I choose shipping companies depending on size and weight of the parcel. Depending on where I am located it can be packed and shipped within 5 working days. As national deliveries can arrive within 2-3 days it sometimes takes a bit longer. Please allow 10 working days in total.
But – if I am in the other country – please bear with me and I will contact you about a realistic time line.
Depending on where the shipment goes – e.g. Outside the EU – they may be subject to import duties, handling fees and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for addional costs.
However if you have found something you love and you are ok with additional fees that might occur please contact me and we will try to find a way to get that painting to you.
